With our Pro service, you can sign up, post a project, receive proposals and communicate through our messaging service for free.
Essentially, if you're looking to hire a freelancer, our Pro service is free to you.
If you choose to award a project, and the freelancer accepts, you are bound to pay the worker their fee on successful completion of the work.
Your projects will only be matched with vetted UK freelancers.
We use client feedback and reviews to continuously assess whether a freelancer gets matched with a project.
There is no commitment to hire once you post a project.
Although, it is recommended you only post a project if you genuinely intend to make a hire.
Payments for projects awarded through our system must be paid through our payment system.
The payment system is easy to use and accepts bank transfer or credit/debit card.
We do not charge a fee to the client, we only pass on payment processing fees on deposit of funds as follows:
Payment is normally upon completion of your project.
Although, for longer, ongoing projects, you may wish to agree a payment schedule directly with the freelancer.
The only thing we insist on is invoice payments go through our payment system.
Yes. Once you have a posted a project and hired a freelancer, you can contact them directly.
Invoice payments are the only thing that must go through our payment system.
We do recommend any discussion relating to a project happens in our messaging system. This is so we can help with any dispute resolution.
